How To Make Clear Photocards

It has been a very long time since I made a post on ARA oops :sweat_smile: , but I'm back here today with a post about how I made these cute DIY transparent photo cards.

Here is the link to the tutorial I followed to make these cards, her's are amazing and in this post I'll will talk about the modifications I made due to my lack of resources :joy: the tutorial has ENG subs as well, just make sure to turn them on in your settings :two_hearts:

》 Materials I Used 《

♡ ♡ ♡

♡ Sheets of plastic (I used the plastic packaging for Christmas cards because I had no other plastic I could use :joy: )

♡ Pictures of your bias/any BTS member.

♡ Sharpies/permanent markers

♡ Scissors, blade cutter thingy (idk what it's called :joy: ), a ruler and glue

♡ A cutting mat to protect the surface you will be working on

》 Tips 《

♡ ♡ ♡

♡ I cut the plastic into the recommended size as per the tutorial video of 8.5cm x 5.5cm for each photo card

♡ I selected photos of each BTS member off Pinterest and copied them into a Word document where I sized them to fit in the dimensions of 8.5cm x 5.5cm

♡ After cutting out the photos of just the BTS member removing the background, I glued the front of the image to the plastic. I found because of my glue that there are some marks which are annoying but if you gently apply the glue and have a good glue stick you will be able to avoid the marks

♡ As I didn't have contact paper like the girl in the video I just skipped that part and left the back untouched. This just means I have to be a bit more careful when handling the cards

♡ Now be creative! Use your markers to create any design you want and make it your own. Some of my ideas was to do dots, and little love hearts which are always cute :heart:

》 My Cards 《

I am an avid Jimin stan so of course I made a few for him :joy: I also made Suga because he is my friends bias as a gift but I ran out of plastic to make some for the rest of the members

I decided to leave this card with sharp edges in comparison to the other cards so you can see the difference

What the cards look like with curved edges
