Sorry i had to mentionI upgraded from windows 7 to windows ten...Ever since then programs which take already been installed run fine but programs which are installed after upgrading give a message like " cannot connect to servers" or "failed to connect to server"...my internet  browsing and usual stuff otherwise runs fine...

There is no third party antivirus..only windows defender and windows firewall..the troubleshooting i did was on the "incoming connection" tab and it mentioned that the program was non able to connect due to " security or firewall is blocking incoming connections" ....i accept switched of the defender and firewall however the programs give the aforementioned bulletin i.eastward cannot connect to server...
